Clear Cache and Cookies
If you are experiencing issues while using Benchmark Universe, it may be necessary to clear your browser’s cache. Clearing the cache deletes stored information from your browser and allows the newest data to refresh and download.
Microsoft Edge
To clear the cache:

Select the horizontal three-dot menu in the upper right corner of the browser.

Then select “Delete browsing data.”

Next, select the desired date range. It’s recommended to select “All time” to clear all old data and select all available options to ensure you’re clearing all stored information (but make selections based on your own discretion).

Select “Clear now” to delete your cache.
Google Chrome
To clear the cache:

Select the vertical three-dot menu in the upper right corner of the browser

Select “Settings.”

On the menu on the left side of the screen, select “Privacy and security.”

Select “Delete browsing data.”

Next, select the desired date range. It’s recommended to select “All time” to clear all old data and select all available options to ensure you’re clearing all stored information (but make selections based on your own discretion).

Select “Delete from this device” to clear the cache.
Mozilla Firefox
To clear the cache:

Open the hamburger three-line menu in the upper right corner of the page.

Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.

Next, select "Privacy and Security.”

Click “Clear Browsing Data.”

Next, select the desired date range. It’s recommended to select “Everything” in the "When" dropdown to clear all old data and select all available options to ensure you’re clearing all stored information (but make selections based on your own discretion).

Select “Clear” to clear the cache.
Safari

Select “Safari” in the upper left corner of the browser.

Click “Settings.”

Select "Privacy" in the horizontal menu, then click “Manage Data.”

It’s recommended to select “Remove All” to clear all old data ns to ensure you’re clearing all stored information (but make selections based on your own discretion).

Click "Remove All" to clear the cache.
