Change Your Password

You can change your password by navigating to the Profile Tools section and selecting the Change Password button.

Once the Change Password button is selected, a pop-up window will appear with your security question. Type the answer to your security question in the text box, and press Submit.

Contact your district’s Technical Administrator if you do not know the response to your security question.

Next, a pop-up window will appear that will allow you to change your password. Type your new password into both text boxes, and press Submit.

The following message appears if the passwords written in the text boxes do not match: Passwords must match. Please try again.

Voila! Your password has been changed. Your new password will be utilized on your next login. Press Close to continue working in Benchmark Universe.

Districts using Single Sign On (SSO) cannot change their password within Benchmark Universe due to their passwords being set by their SSO method. Users whose districts utilize SSO will not see the Change Password button on the My Profile page.
