About History View

On the Class Overview and Student Overview pages, select the History tab to view student performance over time for a particular test or subtest.

You can view student performance on all subtests of a particular test to identify skill areas in which students may need support. You can also use this view to see students’ growth over time by comparing the administrations of different forms of an assessment. Use the sorting arrows to sort the table by student name or the date on which a particular assessment was administered.

For assessments with proficiency levels, the key provides additional details about the proficiency levels.

Class History

The Class History view allows you to see all students’ results for a selected test or subtest.

View Performance on All Subtests in Class History

To view student performance on all subtests of a given assessment:

  1. Select the History tab to go to Class History.
  2. Select a class from the Class dropdown.
  3. Select a test from the Test dropdown.
  4. Press Apply.

This view shows students’ most recent results on each subtest, to help you identify skill areas in which students may need support and facilitate grouping.

View Performance on a Single Subtest in Class History

To view student performance on a single subtest:

  1. Select the History tab to go to Class History.
  2. Select a class from the Class dropdown.
  3. Select a test from the Test dropdown.
  4. Select a subtest from the Subtest dropdown
  5. Press Apply.

This view shows the results of all administrations of a given subtest, to help you evaluate performance over time.

Student History

The Student History view allows you to see a single student’s results on all administrations of all subtests in a given assessment.

Form names may vary by assessment.
