Navigate the Menu

All users have access to a Menu within Benchmark Universe, located in the top left corner of the Benchmark Universe Banner.

Access the Menu by using the Menu button.

Once selected, the Menu opens. This Menu is where you can find all the applications and features available to you.

Select the green Contact Us button in the lower left hand corner to create a ticket for Tech Support.

From the Menu, you can access the following:

Applications / features marked with an asterisk * must have a subscription to view and access.
