The Dashboard is the first page you see after you sign in. Teachers and administrators use it to access the tools and resources that their districts or schools have subscribed to. Teachers and administrators now have the option to preview a new dashboard with real-time standards reporting, open assignments, access to your instructional plan, and more.

Teachers and Administrators can customize their dashboards. The dashboard below is just one example of the many variants available. If a teacher and/or administrator is associated to more than one school, they will need to pick that school in the assignment widget to load data. The Reports widget for administrator will match what they see in their summary report on the Reports page. |
Teachers and Administrators have access to two different Dashboards: New and Classic.
The New Dashboard allows you to view a number of widgets that contain useful information about your students. The widgets also allow you to quickly follow-up on the information displayed to gain better insight into the status of your classrooms.

| 1. Menu |
Access the Menu. This includes the Inbox, among other resources. Use the Inbox button to compose and send/receive messages to and from students and other teachers and administrators. |
| 2. Profile Settings, Sign Out |
The Profile Settings button takes you to your Profile page, where you can view your profile and change your profile and background image or password. Leave Benchmark Universe by using the Sign Out button. |
| 3. Assignments |
View upcoming or past due assignments and their corresponding progress bars. Get direct access to assignments that are ready to be graded. |
| 4. Assessments Reports |
View real-time Assessment Reports, including standards information. Note: this feature is only available to some users if licensed. |
| 5. Programs |
View your favorited resources or go to the Programs page. Set your favorite resources or defaults from here. |
| 6. Plan & Teach |
See your recently-viewed lesson plans. Access Plan& Teach. Note: this feature is only available to some users if licensed. |

Change the widget background color, hide the widget from the Dashboard or access the Customize Dashboard menu. |
