The shared bookshelves feature allows teachers and administrators to share bookshelves with one another and with students. It also allows teachers and administrators to generate direct links to a bookshelf. Additionally, students now can share a bookshelf with their teachers.

Access Shared Bookshelves
Access your Bookshelves through the BU Menu.
You can also access your Bookshelves by utilizing the Bookshelves button in the Resource Library.
Then, from the Bookshelves page, select the Shared with Me tab on the left.
Here, you will see the Bookshelves that have been shared with you.

Share your Bookshelves
You can share your Bookshelves by following the steps below.
1. Navigate to the My Bookshelves tab on the Bookshelves page and select the Bookshelf you would like to share.
2. Open the More Options Menu and navigate to the Share section.
3. Upon selecting Share, a pop-up will appear. Here, you can make selections as to who you would like to share your Bookshelf with. There is a tab for Admins / Teachers and one for sharing with Students. Once your selections are made, click Save.

Unshare a Shared Bookshelf
You can unshare a Bookshelf that you have previously shared with staff or students by following the steps below.
1. Navigate to the My Bookshelves tab on the Bookshelves page and select the Bookshelf you would like to unshare.
2. Open the More Options Menu and navigate to the Share section.
3. Upon selecting Share, a pop-up will appear. Here, you can make selections as to who you would like to unshare your Bookshelf with. Once your selections are made, click Save.
